In a long-term consulting project, we have supported Alcatel-Lucent Deutschland AG – the German subsidiary of Alcatel Lucent – in using a project management software. The project was all about modernizing mobile networks.

Jed Root, Inc. is the premier agency for leading fashion photographers, stylists, and hair and makeup artists within the fashion industry. The artists represented by Jed Root, Inc. contribute to projects including advertising campaigns, editorial photo shoots and fashion shows.
To prepare the implementation of a corporate software for all sites, topazmedia was responsible for analysing the existing workflows, defining new processes, and thus exactly determining the new requirements on the system.

FELIX W. is the brand for business outfits. This high-quality men’s wear is sold in different stores in Stuttgart and Zurich. Made to Measure – in this division, the company produces made-to-measure shirts customized to the wishes of its customers.
We have already been supporting the Felix Wolf Group for a long time in all questions regarding their corporate software and the related process design. A recent example: Made to Measure. The scope of this project was organising the workflows from accepting an order for a made-to-measure product and producing it to quality control and pick-up.
