Event IT – and everything is under control
Keep track of things! We offer all the information technology that is required for preparing, organizing, realizing, and wrapping-up large events: the software – the hardware – the support.
Our event IT systems are comprehensive tools which can be operated intuitively by both the organizer and the participants, enable easy communication and thus facilitate the realization of events. Sending invitations, recording and managing participant data, controlling the registrations, booking event resources, and travel organization are only some of the features worth mentioning. In addition to the classic guest handling features, we offer enhancement modules such as topazCheckIn for handling the accreditations at the entrance of an event. Or topazGallery – an interactive photo gallery.
We know: Each event has its own surrounding conditions, its own workflows, and its own target group. Thus, we do not offer any ready-made products, but customizable and flexible systems. And if one of our products does not fulfill your requirements – we are open for new things and develop individual solutions that inspire.
Porsche "Night of Champions 2009"
About 200 invited guests came to the Porsche museum in Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen, Germany, to attend the end of season celebration "Night of Champions 2009" . The event was centred around presenting awards to Porsche race drivers having successfully participated in car races.
In collaboration with the agency Platform 8, Projektagentur für Kommunikation, we were responsible for the reception of the guests. For this process, we used our ticketing system "topazCheckIn".
Audi / Salzburg Festival
Salzburg Festival 2009 took place from July 25th to August 30th for the 89th time already. The event agency Avantgarde organised a VIP shuttle service for the festival on behalf of Audi.
This year, the logistics software we developed was used again for booking the car allocations. On event days, the system allows the entire coordination of the VIP shuttle service in real-time. Administrative features include a drivers’ management system, a driving time recording system and an accounting system.
Abraaj Annual Investment Conference
Abraaj Capital with its headquarters in Dubai is the most important investment company of the MENASA region (Middle East, North Africa, South Asia).
In collaboration with Avantgarde Brand Services Dubai, we developed the event website and the guest handling system for the multi-day event "Abraaj Annual Investment Conference 2008". In addition, we were responsible for giving IT training sessions to the organizational team in Dubai.
Our event IT systems were succesfully used again during the next conference in 2009.
Audi Q7 Drive Away
"Audi Q7 Drive Away" is one of several Audi events supervised by Avantgarde agency. This event again sees us as collaboration partner for guest handling systems.
We have developed the event website on behalf of Audi in their corporate design and have integrated an intuitive online guest registration feature. Using the comprehensive reporting software, all relevant participant data is always available in real-time.
